AN ACT to repeal §18-2-25e of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to athletic eligibility of transfer students.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:

§18-2-25e. Athletic eligibility of transfer students.

[Repealed].
